Phase V
Influencing
- The candidate evolves into a mentor to continue the cultivation process
- The candidate is optionally transplanted and serves as a catalyst in their new environment
At this point the candidate has become integrated into the team and is ready to become an influencing member of the team as a mentor for incoming candidates. Additionally, as an influencer they can work with their mentor to make improvements in the process. The mentor must still continue to learn.
During the influencing phase candidates can optionally (not required) be moved between groups and or projects within an organization to foster collaboration and communication within the organization.
