Retaining

• The positive environment established by CULTIVATION perpetuates loyalty and a sense of belonging which results in higher retention
• The collaborative nature of the program encourages retention by providing opportunities to move between areas of interest while allowing professional progression

Retaining candidates provides a multitude of benefits to organizations from knowledge to reduced training costs. However, not all organizations are good about focusing on member retention. Cultivation emphasizes retention through both mentorship and promotion. In other words, Cultivation encourages companies to take risks in providing junior team members with growing responsibilities which leads to a career path apposed to constantly hiring new senior talent (there are definitely cases for hiring senior talent especially when they are great mentors or have a specific skill set the team requires).
