Phase III
Mission Qualifying
- Evaluate the readiness of candidates to ensure a successful cultivation experience
- This acts as a second chance to filter candidates out of the cultivation process. It is recommended that this step is performed by a resource closer to the end team or environment of the candidate.
During the candidate selection phase, if you like a candidate but are not sure about a specific aspect that the training covers then send them through the training phase and re-evaluate that criteria again during the mission qualifying phase. This re-evaluation process provides organizations with the opportunity to take risks on resources and evaluate them after the training to see how they respond to challenges and training. Good candidates will excel and absorb the knowledge.
