Individual participants known a candidates in the Cultivation process immerse themselves in an environment of continuous learning and mentoring. This environment begins to develop continuous learning habits in candidates who then experience continuous career growth, leading to long term financial rewards. The candidates gain an understand of the importance of learning, hard work, collaboration, mentoring, and communications. The candidates develop mentoring, communications and leadership skills earlier than most professionals which provides them earlier opportunities for successful career advancement. As these candidates advance they also realize the importance of cultivating the team around them which keeps propelling the entire organization forward using the principles of Cultivation. The candidates understand that hard work is really an investment in their future by gaining the wealth of knowledge and skills which also leads to job security and marketability.

Individual participants in the Cultivation process, known a candidates, get immersed in an environment of continuous learning and mentoring. This environment begins to develop continuous learning habits in candidates who in turn gain an understanding of the importance of continuous learning, hard work, and collaboration on long-term financial and career success.
